Needs some variation. I like the hits that come in around 16. I dig it. Nice job
Author's Response:

This is a nice piece. I think would a great one to expand upon. The piano works nicley with the pedal strings. It just feels like it wants to breathe past where you've ended. Nice job.

Ah, there's nothing like taking a look at your older works, right? I really like this. It has a very cinematic character. The thing that stands out the most is that you actually develop your thematic material. Nice job

Author's Response:
Hey thanks! I suppose saying "older works" is a bit deceiving though because it really wasn't that long ago. Maybe a month or so (two?)...

I like this a lot. I commend you for not letting length be a factor. That's tough to do. I also listened to some of your other works. So, I also commend you for being diverse. Keep it up!

Author's Response:
Thank you... We'll have more coming up... diverse and long... =)

It just sounds like one 2 or 3 second figure looped for 2:28. No music, just effects.
Author's Response:
Actually if you were really listening you would notice there are changes in the track, they are subtle but they are there, and last time i checked music was sounds and effects. And i take it you ave never listened to soundscape music have you?

I hear a lof of "Braveheart" in there...or Jupiter from Holst's the plants (both the same almost). Anyway, good job.
Author's Response:
I love the Braveheart soundtrack! I own it, actually. Thank you for reviewing!

Its like minimalism meets hip hop. Don't be discouraged. Nice idea.

You established some good things here. I think the F7 augmented, whatever, chord (3rd one) gets a little painful after a while. However, given the title you probably wanted that effect. I think however, that this piece desperatley craves some sort of melody. Good job.

I agree with ajis. No offense, but I think this would serve better as shorter loop. Maybe through some stacatto strings somewhere. Its a cool tune, just gets a little ran down after the first minute.

Good melody! I honestly feel like the snare is overkill. Its repititious, which is ok, but in this case there's not enough variation to justify it. I'd like to see some more work put into this, I think it could be great. And this is coming from the king of laziness and settling for things. Anyway, good luck!
